Gwangbokdong Kimchi Guksu is a signless noodle shop attached to Kkangtong Market in Busan. Its signature dish, yeolmu guksu, combines well-fermented yeolmu kimchi with a light, savory broth and noodles thicker than somyeon. The shop is run by owner Kwon Suk, named a kimchi guksu master on the SBS show Life's Master. It closes every Thursday and has no air conditioning or restroom.
