Daeyang Grilled Tripe

Daeyang Gopchang is a grilled gopchang restaurant near Jagalchi Station in Busan. It serves half salt-seasoned and half marinated gopchang with paechae and a basic seonjiguk, and kkeopdegi and dakbal can also be ordered. The gopchang is pre-grilled over charcoal outside and brought to the table, and bokkeumbap can be ordered after the meal. Gopchang must be ordered in portions of three or more regardless of party size.
