Wonhalmae Somunnan Wonjo Dakhanmari (Wonsodak)

Wonsodak is an old restaurant in the Dongdaemun dakhanmari alley that serves dakhanmari. A whole chicken is boiled to make a rich broth, and tteok and kalguksu are eaten in turn. After the chicken is finished, kalguksu is added to the broth, and the sauce is mixed from soy sauce, dadegi, and mustard to taste. Lettuce and other vegetables for the sauce are limited to one refill.
