Gwanghwamun Mijin is a soba restaurant in the Pimatgol alley near Gwanghwamun Station in Cheongjin-dong, Jongno, Seoul, serving naeng memil and bossam. Its main dishes are two-tier pan memil and bibim memil, and the cold buckwheat noodle broth arrives in a full pot to be eaten with added radish, scallion, and seaweed. It has operated since 1954 and offers remote queueing through the Tabling app. During meal times the line is long, with a wait that can approach one hour.
