Macho

Macho is a charcoal grill restaurant in Naeja-dong, Seoul, that serves American beef. It offers Black Angus chuck flap, anchangsal, salchisal, and jingalbisal as cut assortments or as a premium set. The meat is grilled over a charcoal brazier, and the restaurant carries a range of alcoholic drinks for a beef restaurant. American beef has less marbling than Hanwoo, and salchisal and anchangsal are its representative cuts.
