Gohyang Kalguksu

Gohyang Kalguksu is a street stall in Gwangjang Market in Seoul that sells kalguksu and mandu-guk. The kalguksu contains thin sujebi, and the mandu filling uses a large amount of tofu. Diners sit in a circle on the street, and the stall appeared on Netflix. The anchovy-based broth draws overlapping comments that its flavor is weak and its pepper is strong.
