Cheonghwa Beef Dao Xiao Mian

Cheonghwa Uyuk Dosakmyeon is a Chinese restaurant near Gwanghwamun and Jonggak Station in Seoul that serves Taiwanese-style beef noodle soup and dim sum. The Sichuan-style uyuk dosakmyeon comes with a rich broth and noodles pulled by hand for a chewy texture, and xiaolongbao, guobaorou, and fried eggplant can be ordered alongside it. The xiaolongbao release their juices when lifted onto a spoon. Fried eggplant appears repeatedly as a side ordered together with multiple dishes.
