Yubuimdang

Yubuimdang is a sushi shop in Yeon-dong, Jeju, near Jeju Airport, selling large yubu sushi along with poke and udon. Toppings include bulgogi, gochujang samgyeop, and tuna mayo, and the mini set comes with six mini yubu sushi, chadol udon, and a drink. Takeout is available, and the food is packed neatly for eating while moving or on a picnic. One large yubu sushi is filling on its own, and the poke portions are generous.
