Yongchul Hoetjip

Yongchul Hoetjip is a raw fish restaurant by the sea in front of Jeju Airport, serving wild sea bream hoe. Its signature dish, yellowback sea bream hoe, is eaten with rice and salted fish innards, or wrapped in a perilla leaf. The yellowback sea bream is aged before serving, and the sushi is topped with hoe and salted fish innards. There are only floor-sitting tables, with no standard table seating.
