Wangdaebak Wang Sogeum Gui

Wangdaebak Wang Sogeum Gui is a pork restaurant near Jeju City Hall that serves raw pork, geun-gogi (thick-cut pork sold by weight), and ogyeopsal. The geun-gogi and ogyeopsal are dipped in a sauce made by boiling salted anchovy paste with garlic and chili peppers. Ordering a bowl of rice comes with kimchi stew, served once as a complimentary dish. The geun-gogi is cut from the hind leg, so the lean portion is somewhat dry.
