Usumi Hoe Center

Usumi Hoe Center is a raw fish restaurant in Yeon-dong, Jeju. Its menu changes with the season, moving between flounder sekkosi, pufferfish hoe, and yellowtail platters, with hoe-guksu and jiri served alongside. Pufferfish hoe requires a reservation in advance, and you must call ahead to check whether other menu items are available. There is no elaborate garnish spread.
