Udo Heukdwaeji

Udo Heukdwaeji is a restaurant in Jeju that serves grilled black pork, including ogyeopsal and soldisal. It offers ogyeopsal, pork jowl, pork collar, cheonggukjang, and kimchi stew, and the staff grill the meat for you. Soldisal is a small cut from the pork collar with a chewy texture. Some visitors have the restaurant ship the meat to their homes after trying it.
