Tap Bupyeong Main Branch is a barbecue restaurant on Jeju's black pork street, grilling pork belly and pork collar on a pot lid. Staff cook the meat and place fernbrake, kimchi, and bean sprouts on the lid to eat together. Steamed egg and doenjang jjigae come with the meal, and naengmyeon must be ordered in advance to eat with the meat. It is not the place for charcoal-grilled direct-fire barbecue.
