Suyeong Bapsang

Suyeong Bapsang is a Jeju-style gukbap restaurant in Dopyeong-dong, Jeju. Its signature dish is gosari yukgaejang, a thick soup boiled for a long time with pork bone broth and bracken. Ordering gosari yukgaejang or momguk brings banchan, and sweet pumpkin sikhye is served after the meal. The restaurant is open only until lunch, so it cannot be eaten in the evening.
