Sushi Uda

Sushi Uda in Jeju serves thick-cut fish sushi alongside tonkatsu and fried dishes. The special sushi set includes 12 pieces of sushi with salad, steamed egg, fried items, somyeon, and doenjang soup. It opens at noon, and the omakase must be ordered in advance when booking while other menu items are chosen on site. Walk-ins without a reservation will find few remaining seats.
