Sushi Kure

Sushikure in Jeju serves omakase, with counter seating on the first floor and table seating on the second. The course centers on about 21 dishes, including longtooth grouper (dageumbari) and hairtail rice cooked in a pot. Reservations must be made four days in advance, and the meal includes mackerel sushi aged for one year. Abalone is steamed in jeongjong for three hours.
