Sora Hoetjip

Sora Hoetjip sits a 10-minute drive from Jeju Airport and has served hoe for three generations. Ordering yellowback sea bream brings abalone, conch and hanchi squid alongside the raw fish. Maeuntang made from the remaining fish head is spicy but not hot, and the basic seafood accompaniments arrive in several kinds. The freshness of the hoe and seafood stew varies with the condition of the ingredients.
