Solbeure is a bakery at the entrance to the hotteok alley in Dongmun Market. Its signature item is salt bread ice cream: baked salt bread is split in half and filled with ice cream. The salt bread comes in plain and chocolate flavors, and the ice cream is made with organic milk from Seong Isidol Ranch. During peak tourist hours, the shop gets crowded and customers line up.
