Soesokkak Hoetjip

Soesokkak Hoejip is a small raw fish restaurant in Inje, Jeju, and it is a place where local residents eat. The menu centers on assorted hoe and hoemuchim, with the fish prepared according to its aging and cut. Hoemuchim can be eaten as hoedeopbap by adding a bowl of rice, or rice and flying fish roe can be wrapped in gim. There is no parking lot, so bringing a car is inconvenient.
