Sintoburi Susan Sikdang

Shintobuli Susan Sikdang is a restaurant in Jeju that specializes in large yellowtail, sea bream, and longtooth grouper (dageumbari). Its large yellowtail course includes hoe (raw fish) cut from different parts of the fish, along with grilled yellowtail head, jiri-tang (clear fish soup), fried dishes, sushi, and seafood. Yellowtail is sought out in winter and eaten as hoe cut from different parts of the fish. Reservations are required, so visiting without one is difficult.
