Seyeong Susan

Seogwipo is home to a raw fish restaurant called Seyeong Susan that serves mackerel hoe and hairtail hoe. The mackerel hoe is eaten wrapped in gim with soy sauce seasoning and onions. Hairtail hoe and seafood such as sea cucumber and sea squirt are also served as complimentary dishes. The hoe is sliced thinly.
