Seomun Guksu

Seomun Guksu is a noodle shop on Seomun-ro in Jeju. It serves gogi-guksu, dak-kalguksu and nakji-bokkeum, and the pork is boiled until the fat and skin are soft. Food arrives quickly enough that you can drink makgeolli while waiting, and each serving comes with geotjeori and kkakdugi made fresh daily. Bomal-juk and bomal-kalguksu are being removed from the menu.
