Seogwangno 32-gil 27 is a cooking bar near Jeju City Hall that serves Hanwoo yukhoe and mala jeongol. The Hallasan mala jeongol comes out built high like Hallasan, with fuzhu, sukju, sujebi, and paengi beoseot, plus ramyeon sari and tofu on the side. In a space with a chandelier on the ceiling, you can order a yukhoe and yuksashimi set, gamtae gimbap, and lemon highballs. There is no signboard, so it is hard to find the first time.
