Seobu Hoesenteo

Seobu Hoe Center serves mackerel hoe, ttak-saeu hoe, and assorted hoe, and sits inland rather than on the Jeju coast. Maeuntang can also be ordered alongside the mackerel and ttak-saeu hoe. The restaurant takes both dine-in and takeout orders, and prices differ between the two. Takeout mackerel hoe is sliced thin and comes in small portions.
