Sanji Haejang-guk

Sanjihaejangguk is a gukbap restaurant in Geonip-dong, Jeju, serving beef haejangguk and naejangtang. The haejangguk contains beef, kongnamul, and seonji, while the naejangtang contains yang, gopchang, and ugeoji, with daddagi, garlic, and cheongyang gochu added to taste. By a little after 8 a.m., customers had to write their name and party size on the waiting list, and single diners can order a bowl of rice on the side. The offal in the naejangtang has a texture that is only mildly chewy.
