Samyang Beef Suk & Insaenggejang

Samyang Usugi aen Insaeng Gejang is a restaurant in Jeju that serves usamgyeop sukju bokkeum and a hwanggejang set meal. The usamgyeop is stir-fried with mung bean sprouts, while the crab meat is mixed into flying fish roe rice. The gejang is made with Jeju yellow crab, whose shell is soft and whose flavour is not salty. The gejang set meal comes with side dishes and doenjang jjigae, while the lunch special and gejang dishes have small portions.
