Sammu Park Heukdwaeji

Sammu Gongwon Heukdwaeji is a black pork restaurant near Sammu Park in Jeju. It grills black pork and white pork belly and pork collar on a pot lid, together with aged kimchi, bean sprouts and meljeot. The owner or staff grill the meat at the table and tend to the skin of the pork belly. The doenjang jjigae contains shrimp and seafood, and the bibim naengmyeon is topped with skate.
