Sambari Hoe Center

Sambari Hoe Center is a raw fish restaurant in Jeju that many residents visit, serving large yellowtail hoe during yellowtail season. In summer it serves solchi hoe and solchi doenjang soup, in spring and autumn bengeodom or striped beakfish, and during squid season hanchi hoe. The large yellowtail course runs through hoe, grilled fish, turban shell and seafood, and fried dishes before jiri or maeuntang, with sushi rice served separately. Parking can be difficult, so taking a taxi is better.
