Ryongcheon Wang Galbi-tang

Ryongcheon Wanggalbitang is a restaurant near the Jeju Sports Complex in Jeju that serves only wang galbi-tang. Each order arrives in a ttukbaegi with a clear, light broth and five galbi attached to the bone, and the meat separates easily. The galbi-tang is boiled in advance, so food comes out quickly after ordering. Lines get long at 11:30 a.m. and noon, which can mean a long wait.
