Ramen Matsim

Ramen Matsim is a Japanese-style restaurant in Jeju that serves ramen and donkatsu. The chashu men jjamppong ramen comes with flame-grilled chashu and a seafood-scented broth, while the donkatsu is two pieces of crispy cutlet served with curry and rice. At lunchtime it draws many customers, works well for eating alone, and plays music inside. It is closer to an ordinary franchise ramen shop where nearby office workers eat a quick meal than a spot for tourists.
