Onui Jjinppang

Onui Jjinppang is a specialty shop in Jeju that sells red bean steamed buns. The buns are handmade and stay chewy after they cool, with red bean filling that is soft like yeon-yanggaeng. On-site purchases are limited to 10 buns per person, phone reservations are taken from 30 buns, and the shop closes around 3 to 4 p.m. on weekdays. Reservations are required, so dropping in without a plan is difficult.
