Oildeung Sikdang

Oil Deung Sikdang is an old restaurant in Dodu-dong near Jeju Airport that serves one dish: pollack stew. The stew is boiled in a large bowl with a doenjang base and contains plenty of pollack, giving it a spicy, sharp flavor. At lunch and on weekends there are no seats, so people wait and share tables, and the only menu choice is the pollack stew. Both the tables and the restroom are cramped.
