Marijoa

Marizoa is a cafe in Jeju that serves horse meat dishes. The menu centers on horse meat hoe and grilled cuts, both prepared to be tender. Courses are small, finishing in about two bites with chopsticks. Staff give little explanation, so you have to grill the meat yourself.
