Manbae Hoe Center

Manbae Hoesenta is a raw fish restaurant in Yeon-dong, Jeju, that serves mainly large yellowtail. The signature course moves from yellowtail hoe to grilled head, braised innards, and yellowtail seaweed soup. The yellowtail hoe is sliced long and thin and served with seaweed, sushi, and a house-made makjang sauce. Dinner service at the restaurant involves a wait of about one hour.
