Mamoru is a Japanese restaurant near Jeju City Hall that serves ramen and gyudon. It offers tonkotsu ramen, karai ramen, and gyudon, and the interior is decorated with Japanese manga figures. Food comes out quickly after ordering, and the doneness of the ramen noodles can be adjusted. The ramen broth is not thick and the seasoning is on the light side.
