Maduchun Kalguksoo Noodles

Maducheon Kalguksu is a noodle shop near Jeju Airport and Yongdam Coastal Road that serves bomal and abalone kalguksu, chicken kalguksu, and tangsuyuk. The kalguksu uses chewy noodles made in-house with mulberry leaves, and the chapsal tangsuyuk is ordered alongside it. Barley rice is served before the meal, and parrots can be seen inside. At lunchtime, Jeju residents and tourists crowd in, creating a wait.
