Lyric is a small Japanese donkatsu restaurant near Switzen Apartments in Aran-dong, Jeju. It serves anshim katsu, nanban, and curry donkatsu, using meat aged for ten days. The restaurant opens at 11:30 a.m., a wait forms at lunch, and the aged meat is visible inside the store. Cooking takes a long time.
