Jijeong

Jijeong is a Korean restaurant near Jeju Airport. It serves gamja duruchigi with bean sprouts and potatoes, along with leafy vegetables the restaurant grows itself. The gamja duruchigi can be ordered as a single portion, and one portion is a large amount for one person. The dish is eaten while the broth is kept boiling, so it differs from duruchigi that is stir-fried until dry.
