Jeju Seom Don

Jeju Seom Don is a black pork barbecue restaurant in Yeon-dong, Jeju. It serves black pork ogyeopsal, whole galbi, and galbisal, eaten with meljeot, horseradish, and pickled scallions. Pork collar and ogyeopsal are par-cooked before they come out, and staff cook the meat at the table. The restaurant is open only until 11 p.m.
