Jeju Nozomi

Jeju Nozomi is a restaurant in Jeju that serves jjokta hand-made udon and donkatsu. The bukkake udon comes with five fried toppings — burdock, sweet potato, kabocha, shrimp and shiso — along with shredded seaweed, tempura flakes, grated radish, lemon and sesame, and the tsuyu is poured separately. There is a short wait, and food does not come out immediately because of the noodle cooking time. Parking space is small and crowded.
