Jeju Maeum

Jejumaeum is a Korean restaurant in Yeon-dong, Jeju, serving braised hairtail and grilled hairtail. The whole-hairtail braise uses thick cuts of hairtail without a fishy smell, reduced in a spicy sauce, and grilled hairtail and abalone hoe are ordered alongside it. Grilled eggs are cooked at a self-service station in unlimited portions, and tables fill up around 6 p.m., so reservations are needed. Parking spaces run short when there are many customers.
