Jeju Hamel cheese cake

Jeju Hamel is a cheesecake bakery near Jeju Airport that sells only one item: a box of eight cheese mong. The cheese mong has a dense cheese flavor, is soft like mousse, and is not very sweet. The shop opens at 11 a.m., though on some days it opens around 10:40, and in-person purchases are limited to one box per person. Arriving late makes an in-person purchase difficult.
