Jeju Donsutbul Hwaro is a meat restaurant in Jeju that grills a mixed platter of black pork specialty cuts and Jeju-seasoned galbi over charcoal. The side dishes are made in-house with Chujado fish sauce, and the meat carries the charcoal smoke. The seasoned gejang is refilled at no charge, and the meat is fresh. The Jeju-seasoned galbi is grilled over charcoal until the marinade seeps out.
