Jangsumul Restaurant

Jangsu Mulsikdang is a noodle shop in Yeon-dong, Jeju, near the airport, serving gogi-guksu and dombe-gogi. The broth is built on pork bones and beef leg bones, finished with black pepper and dadegi, and served with medium-thick noodles and boiled pork. Ordering gogi-guksu brings a tasting portion of dombe-gogi first, and the shop opens early in the morning. The dining room is small, so waits run long during busy hours.
