Imseong Banjeom

Imseong Banjeom is a Chinese restaurant in Yongdam-dong near Jeju Airport that serves gochujjambbong and haejangjjambbong. The gochujjambbong has cabbage, mushrooms, oysters, and squid in a thick, spicy broth with chili oil and ginger. The gunmandu at Imseong Banjeom are fried with thin, savory wrappers, and jjambbong ordered at Imseong Gyoja is brought over from next door. At lunch, waits run over 20 minutes even on weekdays.
