Hyotoe Guksu

Hyotoe Guksu is a noodle shop in Jeju that serves gogi-guksu, noodles in a rich pork broth topped with thick, tender meat, along with myeolchi-guksu and myeolgo-guksu. It also serves gukbap. Orders are placed at a kiosk, and kimchi, kkakdugi and fresh green chili peppers are self-serve. The shop is open from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., and a line forms at lunch even right after opening.
