Hyeseonine

Hyeseonine is a meat restaurant in Jeju that serves thick pork and black pork. Pork jowl and gabrisal are grilled on the griddle with kimchi, bean sprouts, and mu chae, and meljeot is served alongside. While the thick pork cooks, thinner cuts are grilled first, and the king-sized gyeranmari is as thick as castella. Pajeori is seasoned and brought out as soon as meat is ordered.
