Hyeongyeong Sikdang serves sundae gukbap and a mixed offal plate near Boseong Market in Jeju. The rice comes as black rice soaked in the broth, and the blood sausage has a texture close to traditional Jeju sundae. The broth is rich, and the portions of offal and sundae are generous. Hygiene in the kitchen and with the dishes falls short.
