Hwi Bagel

Hwibegel is a bagel shop in Jeju that sells oven-baked bagels and coffee. The bagels are crisp outside and chewy inside, served with handmade cream cheese, and soup and coffee are also available. It opens early for brunch, and the bagels can sell out in the morning. Sandwiches are made with baguette rather than bagel, with a texture similar to banh mi.
