Hwaseong Sikdang is a Korean restaurant near Samyang Beach in Samyang-dong, Jeju, serving only one dish: jeopjjakppeguk, a thick soup of pork ribs boiled with buckwheat flour. The soup comes with rice, aged kimchi, and hairtail salted fish innards aged seven years, and the soup and rice are refilled without limit. It is open only from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and free parking is available at the Samyang-dong community center behind it. Lines can get long during lunch hours.
